Christmas 2009 @ Disneyland!

I shot this picture while Andy, Logan, and Christian were waiting for CA Screaming to take off. You should see the one that he tried to get of me and the boys. All it had in the photo was the tracks. lol I think that the one I took came out way better! lol

Here are my little guys on the carousel at CA Adventure!

We couldn't get Emmalee to pose with her brothers and Santa. I guess the big red guy just scares the stuffin out of her. Honestly who can blame her, I mean seriously, can one man be that jolly all year long? I don't know, but the boys had no problem telling him exactly what they all wanted.
We did get her to pose by the tree though! So, this is about the best that we got for a group photo. It is so hard to get all 5 kids to actaully stand and smile normal all at the same time! They sure are a cute bunch though! I love them!

Birthdays, Birthdays, & More Birthdays!

This year Emmalee turned 2 on February 12th. Boy is she really taking the word terrible 2 to heart! She is so great, but man does she know how to get her way! I am really hoping she will grow out of it all! We will see! Only time will tell!
Christian turned 9 on November 27th! Wow, 9!!!!! We had a little friend over that weekend, so that is her in the picture.
On March 18th Logan turned 11! I can hardly believe that Andy and I have an 11 year old! I have the gray hairs to prove it, and even though Andy does try to deny it, he is getting a little crop of grays himself. lol
Jaidyn turned 5 on May 13th! The great thing was it was Friday the 13th! That was fun! He wanted EVERYTHING Iron Man, so when his dad delivered, I think it sent him a wrong message. For some reason he seems to think now that if he wants it he gets it. I had to tell him the other day while leaving the store, that I am not going to buy him anything else until he stops asking for stuff everytime he goes to the store with me. That didn't go over to well, and he still hasn't stopped asking. I guess I can be proud since he is so persistant! lol

Also, Gavyn turned 7! Yes, 7! Next year he will be getting baptized!!! I will have 3 kids over the age of 8! He had grown in his two giant front teeth finally. I call them his 'can openers' or his 'SpongeBobs'. I told him that if we ever got into a pickle and lost our can opener and our power went out we could probably just stiffen out his body, open his mouth, and use his teeth to open all of our can food. He is such a funny little guy. Always making everyone laugh!

Halloween 2009

This is my brood on Halloween 2009! They are all so cute! Emmalee was Little Red Riding Hood.
Here is a group shot of just the boys. We couldn't get Emmalee to stop screaming, so she ended up not being in the picture. Such is the life! lol The pictures of Logan and Christian didn't show up on here. Well, since I was busy sewing last minute costumes for Gavyn and Jaidyn, I ran out of time to make them anything really cool. And gosh, this was like probably only the second Halloween that Logan and Christian weren't some sort of super heroe! I'm not joking! We have had way too many super heroe costumes in this family! So we thought of some ideas. They could be Edward Cullen and Jacob Black since Twilight was so big. We thought that would be really funny, but no. We ended up going super cheap and pulled out the Angels jerseys. So, they were Angels. That was easy, and cheap! lol
Gavyn was Jiminy Cricket and Jaidyn was none other than Pinocchio. I think i spelled that right. Oh well, you know what I mean. I sewed these costumes from scratch. I took the movie box, and created them all by myself. See I can be really crafty when I want to be! lol I wish I would have taken pictures of them the night before. We had a trunk or treat at church, and we put a bald cap on Gavyn and painted it green, so he was super bald and super green. But that night when we went to take it off it got stuck on his skin, so we didn't do it the next day! Poor guy, it really hurt him. He was a trooper though. Maybe one day it will come out as a repressed memory as the Halloween we torchered him with the bald cap. lol I hope not! lol

We Have A Jack-O-Lantern

It's not even Halloween and we have already gotten our first pumpkin! It has crazy scraggly teeth, and can even be a little scary at times. We named him Gavyn!

Speghetti And A Nap

Thanks to our Aunt Risa, and the youth conference we enjoyed a delicious spaghetti dinner last night. She just showed up with a pot full of delicious sauce and a ton of noodles. It was great for a couple of different reasons. 1. I didn't have to cook it! Yea!!! 2. It just tasted great. 3. Who doesn't love spaghetti? Well, Emmalee as you can see totally had her fill of it all. She ate and ate, and then passed out cold on her tray. She was dead asleep until the flash went off in her face. Once she saw the flash she woke up smiling and ready to go from her cat nap.
It was funny watching her try to get comfortable in her high chair. lol
